Jerome Wagner, Climate Activist, Friday November 18, 2016 7:30-8:30am
Retired environmental engineer and climate activist Jerome Wagner will present a talk, Climate Change Science: Theory and Real Life Experience at the Rotary Club of the Palisades. Mr. Wagner has experience in many environmental areas, including air pollution, water pollution, chemical handling, waste disposal, risk management, and regulatory compliance. He is active in climate advocacy, and attended the UN Climate Change Conference in Paris last year as a citizen observer. Mr. Wagner will also talk about the organization 350NJ, that works toward climate change solutions and environmental justice issues, in which he holds a leadership position.

Rotary Club of The Palisades, NJ meets most Friday mornings at 7:30 at the Gotham City Diner, 550 Bergen Boulevard, Ridgefield, and the first Tuesday of each month at Dante’s Place, 373 Broad Ave., Leonia.
