Jake Whalen https://www.linkedin.com/in/jake-whalen-391ba695 will be our speaker this Friday, June 24, 2016 at 7:30–8:30 am at Gotham City Diner in Ridgefield
Jake delivers the “A, B, C’s & D of Medicare”—an educational seminar that explains the various parts of Medicare, — Part A-Hospital, Part B-Doctor, Part C- Advantage Plans, Part D-Prescription Drug Plans (PDP), and Medigap (also known as a supplement,). He also explores the various enrollment periods and the penalties for not enrolling at the proper time.
Jake explores what types of plans are typically best for certain client profiles and how to help clients avoid the following pitfalls:
· Overpaying for a plan
· Enrolling in the wrong plan—not suitable for their budget or health needs
· Doing nothing due to confusion which leads to them being non-compliant with the rules—and exposed to liability.
